I served as the orchestra stage manager for the Peter and the Wolf Family Concert at the Aspen Music Festival. In this role, I created a detailed stage plot in Vectorworks, carefully arranging the setup for all 20 musicians while accommodating the specific needs of each instrument. I collaborated closely with conductor Piotr Waclawik and orchestra manager Lily Milkis to ensure the plot was optimized for the performance. Additionally, I called the entrances for the speakers and conductor, executing the lighting cues myself to ensure smooth transitions throughout the concert.
